In 2025, we are again adding to the team, with an open part-time executive assistant (EA) position.
We are looking for the best fit for us right now – less than two years as a firm – we have momentum, growing pains, and an immediate need for behind-the-scenes support.
While this position can be 100% virtual for the right person, the ideal candidate will be able to spend at least a few hours a month in-person with owner/founder Jen E. Miller in either Plymouth, MI or Midland, MI.

- Are you excellent at prioritizing and proactive with doing what needs to be done?
- Are you looking 10 – 30 hours a week?
- Do you get joy out of making something happen out of nothing (start up phase!)?
- Do you like being behind-the-scenes, helping everything run smoothly?
- Are you nimble on the keyboard (fast!)?
- Do you need a lot of flexibility with scheduling (snow days, sick kids, etc.)
The EA position includes all of the following (and then some):
- Typical administrative support work (and sometimes a lot of it) – managing emails, calendars, and CRM tasks
- “Catching” ideas, tasks, work, and related details coming out of meetings, client projects, and the firm’s programming (ideal candidate will love using iMessage as the vehicle to receive information and communicate with owner)
- The use of a lot of platforms if/as needed (Canva, CRM, Zoom, Google Drive, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
- Managing client invoicing, supplier bills and QuickBooks entries/management
