If you are already running on EOS, and have at least most the following in place, we might make good business partners.
- Quarterly EOS meetings (w/ or w/o a 3rd party facilitator), with rocks defined
- Weekly L10 meetings with intentional metrics already being tracked
- Visionary and/or Integrator able to share directional company goals

New EOS Client Starter Package ($1,200) includes:
- phone discovery meetings with up to three leaders, usually visionary, integrator, and sales leader
- attending/observing at least one L10
- up to four hours of coaching, training, or advisement – as related to sales/growth goals and sales team and leaders (if in-person must be used all on same day, if phone calls, within one quarter)
- meeting with visionary or integrator ahead of next quarterly meeting
